Brian Axelroth, JD, MBA
Founder
Brian Axelroth is chief strategy officer at AXE CATALYST. After a decade representing three of the largest dialysis providers in the country, Mr. Axelroth founded the boutique joint venture strategy and transaction advisory services firm in order to provide customized, thoughtful, strategic solutions to nephrology and multispecialty practices.
Immediately prior to forming AXE CATALYST, Mr. Axelroth served as a Corporate Development officer for Fresenius Kidney Care, where he focused on the presentation of pro forma financial models and negotiation of dialysis joint ventures throughout the East Division. He joined Fresenius through its acquisition of competitors Liberty Dialysis and Renal Advantage Inc. Mr. Axelroth served as Associate General Counsel for Renal Advantage drafting transaction documents, overseeing the due diligence and integration of acquired facilities, and managing the real estate and medical director portfolios. He began his professional career as a corporate securities attorney with the Wall Street law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, LLC.
Mr. Axelroth attended Vanderbilt University on full academic scholarship, where he received a B.A. in Political Science and Economics, an M.B.A. from the Owen Graduate School of Management, and a J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School.
